PROCESSING TIME: We aim to ship within 3-5 business dates, unless stated otherwise. 

LOST MAIL: We are not responsible for any lost packages. Once your tracking updates with USPS it is out of our hands. Shipping issues should then be directed to www.usps.com

REFUNDS: Refunds are not accepted at this time.

EXCHANGES: We only offer exchanges within 5 business days of receiving your items. (5 business days from delivered date on your tracking number) Exchanges will be offered for items returned in their original unwashed and unworn condition. However we do not offer exchanges on holiday or sale items. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: All items ship with USPS first class mail. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All international packages are shipped via International First Class. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred by your countries customs department. Customs fees are the responsibility of you, the buyer. If you refuse to pay your customs fees and your package is returned to us we will not refund you money as we do not offer refunds. You will incur additional shipping fees to have your package resent.
